“Weave a Square” Materials cost will be $2.00

“What Can You Do With A Square?”
The first meeting of our 2011 -12 year will feature a hands-on activity, making woven squares with different materials.
What to bring: a small potholder or weave-it loom if you have one (extras will be available for you to use), yarn of various weights and types, raffia, cloth strips, basketry materials- use your imagination and see what you can find, and an adventuresome spirit. $2.00 fee for those needing to purchase a potholder loom-we will have some available that day.
If you have already made some items with potholder or weave-it looms, bring them for show and tell and inspiration.
